How to order
To order any item online, go to the relevant page, select the
item(s) in question together with the quantities required, and finally to the checkout section to complete the ordering process with your contact, payment and delivery details. Please ensure that you provide us with a bone fide e-mail address to enable us to confirm your order. Before you submit your order, please check that your details are correct.

Payment
When you order your bridalwear items from Andrea Henderson - Inspire, you will be able to pay for your order in a number of ways. Please note that prices are in pounds sterling (£).
• Credit and debit cards
You can pay for your selected items by using your credit card or debit card. Your order will be processed through the RomanCart shopping cart system, which integrates seamlessly with the HSBC Secure ePayment service, provided by HSBC Bank, a principal member of the HSBC Group. For more details on how this process works, please go to our security policy page.
Cheque payments
You can also pay by cheque. You should make your cheque payable to Andrea Henderson - Inspire. Post your order together with your payment to Andrea Henderson - Inspire, 1st Floor, The Brewery House, 4 Castle Street, Buckingham, MK18 1BS. Please note that our policy is not to release goods until we receive confirmation from HSBC that cheque payments have been cleared. If paying by cheque, please ensure that you provide full details of your order requirements by completing the order form on this website and sending it with your deposit. Your deposit must be for 50% of the total order value. Alternatively, you can send a covering letter with your deposit together with your order requirements, name, address, telephone number and the date of your wedding date clearly marked.
Cash payments
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payment with orders placed through our online service. This is primarily to ensure your safety as well as ours.
Check your details carefully
Please check your order details carefully before you send your order. If you do make a mistake with your order, please alert us immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot rectify errors that result from the provision of incorrect order details unless we receive notification of the error before we make and despatch your order.

Postage and packing
We despatch all UK orders using Royal Mail. In addition, for added security and peace of mind in the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, we despatch goods using the special delivery service, which provides for next day delivery in most parts of the country. The packaging and postage charge currently is £4.50 irrespective of order size.

For customers who reside outside the UK but within mainland Europe, before we confirm your order, we will inform you by e-mail what the total costs in Euros will be for your order, including delivery. Subject to receipt of confirmation of your order and your payment details, we will then process it and despatch it to you within our normal delivery terms. At present, we are not able to supply our products to customers who reside outside of the European Union.

Delivery
We try to deliver all of our orders within 14 days of receipt. However, this is subject to the availability of crystals, beads and other materials, and sometimes we can take up to 28 days for delivery. If we are unable to supply your order within the above period, we will contact you by e-mail to alert you to the delay and the reasons why. However, we will also give you the chance either to cancel your order or accept the delay.

Should you require delivery of an item by a specific date, you must tell us that date when you place your order. This is very important, as we will confirm this by e-mail should we be unable to supply your order by the date stated. If you fail to inform us about a specific date requirement when you place your order with us, we cannot be held responsible should an item be delivered later than required.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Special or bespoke orders
If you require something completely different, Andrea provides a special or bespoke service for her clients. Please send details of your requirements by e-mail and she will get back to you within 48 hours to discuss them further. Generally, we are able to supply made to order requirements within four weeks, subject to the availability of materials, but this will be confirmed with you, together with the costs, at that time.

Item descriptions etc.
We take great care to ensure that the descriptions, colours, prices and specifications for our products are correct at all times. However, sometimes errors do happen, and if so, we endeavour to rectify the situation as quickly as possible to our customer's satisfaction. Please note that we cannot be held liable for omissions or errors that occur in this website and we therefore reserve the right to amend item descriptions etc. where necessary, or refuse to supply items at the prices shown where these are incorrect due to typographical errors. Also, as the perception of colour is a personal attribute, which coupled with variations in the quality of display from various computer monitors, the colours shown on your monitor may differ slightly from actual products. If you are unsure about the colour of any crystals, we can send you a sample of the specific crystal to ensure that it matches your colour scheme perfectly.

Returns and refunds
Catalogue items
All items that we offer for sale through our online service comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This means that you are able to return goods to us requesting a full refund, provided they are returned within seven working days of their receipt by you, are in their original packaging, have not been worn, and are undamaged. If you need to return any items to us, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for goods that you may return to us but which we do not receive.
Damaged or defective goods
In the unlikely event that you receive any of our products in a damaged or defective condition, please inform us immediately, or at the latest within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, by telephone or e-mail. Also, please return the faulty goods within seven days to us requesting a replacement, or a refund. You should obtain proof of postage when returning any goods to us. Please note that we are not able to accept the return of damaged goods following the date of your wedding, which you had stated on your order form, unless you have previously informed us that there was a problem, and we have confirmed this returns procedure with you. This does not affect your statutory rights, however, which allows you to return goods for a full refund within a maximum of seven working days following the date you receive an order from us.
Special or bespoke orders
Where we produce goods for you according to your exact specifications, and which are not available from our standard online catalogue, the distance selling regulations will not apply should you decide not to accept them after they have been delivered to you. This does not apply to goods which are defective, or are received in a damaged condition, and which you inform us about immediately, or within 24 hours of receipt, by telephone or e-mail. However, where you receive an item that you consider has not been made exactly to your specification, please also inform us immediately, or within 24 hours of receipt. We will review the original specification that we received from you to identify how and where it fails to meet your specification, and if we agree, we will replace the item for you.
Earrings
In the interests of hygiene, we are not able to accept the return of earrings unless you receive them from us in a damaged or defective condition. If this is the case, please tell us immediately or within 24 hours of receipt and we will replace them for you.
